These terms govern your use of Bringbabka at bringbabka.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear, not to trip you up.

1. Who We Are

Bringbabka is operated by Rx Overdose (ABN 30 822 581 021), registered in Victoria, Australia. Contact: hello@bringbabka.com.

2. What Bringbabka Is

Bringbabka is an information and organisation tool to help you understand and manage the process of importing a pet to Australia from the United States. It provides a personalised checklist, timeline calculations, document storage, and reference information.

Bringbabka is not a pet transport service. We do not move pets. We do not submit paperwork to any government authority on your behalf. We do not act as your agent, your veterinarian, or your representative in any capacity. Any vets, transport agents, or other professionals you engage are independent of Bringbabka.

3. No Guarantees - Please Read This

This is the most important section. Please read it.

The information in Bringbabka is based on our understanding of DAFF and USDA requirements at the time of writing. We update it regularly and do our best to keep it accurate. However:

• Government regulations change without notice. Always verify requirements directly with DAFF (agriculture.gov.au) and USDA APHIS (aphis.usda.gov) before taking any action.
• Your situation may have factors we cannot account for. Bringbabka provides general guidance based on the information you enter. It cannot account for every individual circumstance, your pet’s specific health history, or changes in policy.
• Timelines are calculated estimates based on typical processing times. Real-world outcomes depend on vet availability, permit processing times, quarantine availability, airline operations, and many other factors outside our control.
• Using Bringbabka does not guarantee your pet will be approved for entry to Australia or will complete the process successfully. That outcome depends entirely on your compliance with all regulatory requirements, the competence of the professionals you engage, and factors outside our control.

We do our absolute best. The responsibility for ensuring your pet meets all import requirements lies with you.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Bringbabka you agree to:

• Verify all regulatory requirements directly with DAFF and USDA APHIS before taking action
• Use qualified, accredited professionals for all veterinary and transport steps
• Ensure your pet meets all health, documentation, and timing requirements
• Not rely solely on Bringbabka as your only source of information for this process
• Keep your account information accurate and not share your account with others

5. Payment and Access

Bringbabka costs $59 USD as a one-time payment. This gives you perpetual access to the product for as long as the service remains operational. Your access does not expire and is not subject to renewal. There is no subscription and no hidden fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. GST may apply for Australian users in accordance with Australian tax law.

In the unlikely event that Bringbabka discontinues the service, we will provide at least 90 days’ notice and make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before access ends.

6. Refunds

We want you to feel good about using Bringbabka. If for any reason you feel the product is not right for your situation, just email us at hello@bringbabka.com and we will sort it out. We do not make refunds difficult.

Australian Consumer Law: Australian users have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that we cannot limit or exclude, including rights to a refund where a product has a major failure. Nothing in these terms is intended to override those rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rx Overdose trading as Bringbabka will not be liable for:

• Any costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising from your pet being denied entry to Australia or from non-compliance with import requirements
• Any costs or losses arising from incorrect, outdated, or misapplied information in the product, regardless of how that information was relied upon
• Any losses arising from the acts or omissions of vets, transport agents, airlines, quarantine facilities, or any other third party you engage
• Any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or exemplary loss or damage, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss
• Any loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including regulatory changes, government decisions, or natural events

To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of Bringbabka is limited to the amount you paid for the product (USD $59).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Bringbabka - including step content, copy, design, and code - is owned by Rx Overdose trading as Bringbabka. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Your data - your pet’s details, your documents, your notes - belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.

9. Accounts and Termination

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the service or other users. We will give reasonable notice before terminating an account except in cases of fraud or serious violation.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the product at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. We will not remove access to your plan without notice while your pet is actively in the process of being imported.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

For EU users: nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

For US users: you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any disputes, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.
