Information collected automatically
We collect standard technical information including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the service running and understand how the product is used. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
What we do not collect
We use your information to operate the service: calculate your timeline, send transactional emails, store your documents, and improve the product. We do not send marketing emails without consent, sell data to third parties, or share your pet’s details with government agencies, airlines, or quarantine facilities.

We do not share your information with any other third parties. We do not sell your data.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Your uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket accessible only when you are logged in. No system is completely secure - if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@bringbabka.com immediately.
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@bringbabka.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Bringbabka complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). As an Australian user you have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have handled your personal information in a way that does not comply with the APPs. We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used and improve the experience. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any cookies that follow you outside of bringbabka.com.
Bringbabka is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at hello@bringbabka.com and we will delete it.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
