How does the plan work?

When you sign up, Bringbabka builds a personalised step-by-step plan based on your pet’s species, your origin country, and your timeline. Each step tells you exactly what to do, when to do it, and links to the official forms and resources you need. As you complete steps and enter dates, your plan updates automatically. It’s a one-time purchase - no subscription, no recurring fees.

What countries do you support?

Bringbabka supports moves from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to Australia. Each country has a different regulatory process, and your plan is tailored to the specific requirements for your origin country.

Can I use Bringbabka without an agent?

Yes. Bringbabka is designed for people who want to manage the process themselves. Many of our users handle everything without an agent. That said, some people prefer to use an agent for the flight booking or the full process - Bringbabka works either way. What if requirements change after I buy?

Government requirements do change - sometimes with little notice. We update the plan when we become aware of changes, but we’re not a government body and we can’t guarantee we’ll catch every update the moment it happens. Always verify the current requirements directly with DAFF and the relevant authority for your country before acting on any step. The official sources are linked throughout your plan.

Questions about your account

How do I update my pet’s details?

From your dashboard, open Key details in the sidebar. You can update your pet’s name, species, breed, microchip number, and other details there. Changes to dates (like vaccination or blood draw dates) are entered directly on the relevant step in your plan.

Can I get a refund?

If you purchased within the last 14 days and haven’t used the plan substantially, email hello@bringbabka.com and we’ll sort it out. We’re reasonable people.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account in your dashboard sidebar. There’s a delete button at the bottom of the page. This is permanent and cannot be undone - all your data, documents, and plan progress will be removed.
